InsideOut Weekly Home Reset printable checklist

A simple plan for a calmer, more organised home

October 20, 2026•2 min read

Hello!

Over the past few weeks, I have talked about how a little support at home can create a greater sense of calm and give us back some valuable time.

This week, I wanted to give you something practical to help make that happen.

Your free InsideOut Weekly Home Reset

I have created a simple, printable Weekly Home Reset checklist to help you stay on top of everyday household jobs without feeling as though you need to tackle everything at once.

It includes:

  • A manageable daily 10-minute reset

  • The main household jobs to complete during the week

  • Space for things you need to buy, book or return

  • A place to choose your most important priority

Simply print a fresh copy each week, fill in the date and pop it somewhere visible, such as on the fridge or a kitchen noticeboard.

Small actions still count

A calm home does not have to be a perfect home.

When the list of things that need doing feels overwhelming, choose one small job and begin there. You could clear one kitchen worktop, put away the items left on the stairs or spend ten minutes sorting paperwork.

Completing one manageable job often creates enough momentum to tackle another. Even if it doesn’t, you have still made your home feel a little more organised than it did before.

Would you rather have some help?

Of course, you do not have to do it all yourself.
